New Vegan Obsession:  Its All Good meat alternatives
Lately I have been steering clear from most meat alternatives, especially the frozen kind, and have been centering my diet on mostly whole, organic foods.  But I came across these babies in the refrigerated health-foods isle of Safeway, and they have now become my go-to when I have a meat craving.
They are amazing, fairly healthy, (though high in sodium as most substitutes are) inexpensive, and amazingly quick and easy (2 minutes in the microwave.  I can handle that)
The Black Bean Stuffed Chicken roll is my favorite..and makes a good meal served over rice, with a side of fresh vegetables and a small salad.   They also have chicken bits that work well in salads or while cooking, and though it may sound crazy, I recently fell in love with their Pulled Pork for sandwiches (not shown here).
You can buy the pictured varieties here, and Safeway does tend to carry a good selection as well.
